About the series
Built on community, the Power Meet has set the standard for Powerlifting in the region since 2016. Heading for it's 16th edition, the event continues to provide a platform for total beginners and more seasoned lifters to experience the thrill of classic powerlifting.
Power Meet runs as a two event series across the year, with the last event attracting more than 100 lifters and over 500 visitors. The competition takes place over 2 days and the next competition promises to be bigger than the last.
Lifters not only battle on the day for medals, but they will also battle for the overall rankings to stand a chance to be invited to other events.
In 2024, the event is hosted at the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park. The venue offers a luxury experience for the athletes, spectators and provides good opportunity to sponsors to exhibit and be part of this awesome event.
