Small group classes that provide the perfect balance

Desert Barbell Strength Gym offers Small Group Classes designed to offer you the perfect balance between 1-on-1 coaching and the shared experience and support of group training.

We do this by limiting the size of classes, providing a dedicated area and time for training and provide well thought out programs that mean you can join at any time, with any experience level.

Our small group gym classes cover Weightlifting Club, Cardio Club and Strength Club, designed with the intention of giving you a full week worth of balanced training.

  • Weightlifting Club

    For beginner and intermediate level, Weightlifting Club classes are the perfect way to learn, progress and perfect your Olympic Weightlifting technique.

    Monday & Wednesday:
    7:00AM - 8:00AM, and
    6:30PM - 7:30PM

    Saturday:
    10AM-11:30AM

  • Cardio Club

    Cardio based conditioning classes designed to improve cardiovascular fitness whilst having a minimal negative impact on lifters who are following a structure strength or hypertrophy program. Go at your own pace, or discover new limits, either way this class will get your blood pumping and make you feel energized.

    Tuesday: 6:00AM - 7:00AM
    Saturday: 9AM - 10AM

  • Strength Club

    The strength club offers clients the opportunity to develop their strength goal within a class environment. Using a mixture of the big 4 as compounds (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead press) blended with other strength and hypertrophy movements to help you build strength no matter your experience level.

    Tuesday: 9:30AM-10:30AM
    Friday: 9:30AM-10:30AM

Go Pro - everything you need with one membership

We understand that starting in a new gym can be intimidating and confusing. Our Pro-Membership is designed to help you overcome this barrier, meet great people and start making progress under the guidance of expert coaches.

Our Pro-Membership offers unlimited classes and full gym access. Our classes offer the perfect blend of coaching support and group training meaning you will still get a personalized experience. Our classes cover weightlifting, strength and cardio.

Just dropping in? Buy a class drop in!

This is a great option if you are just visiting, or would like to drop in for a class. If you buy a class drop in please be sure to follow the instructions to book your class and ensure you get a spot!

How to get moving with us:

  1. Subscribe for a monthly pro-membership or purchase a class package
  2. Log in to our Self-Service portal, sign-in or create an account for new users, anyone can do it! New users: Be sure to check for the verification email after registering.
  3. Click on 'book classes' and select the classes you want to book in for!**

**Once you purchase your membership or class pass package, you will receive a confirmation message from us once your account is active. You can then go ahead and start booking!
