The 12 week strength program combines personal training, online coaching and membership into one package. This will give you the best value for your money with a clear path to achieving your strength and fitness goals with great results.
How does it work?
The program starts off with a consultation and a full assessment across 7 key metrics. This is done to set goals and expectations for the next 12 weeks, as well as to design your customized training program. These will be tested again at the end of the 12 weeks so we can accurately measure your progress. Choose to pay monthly, or upfront.
