How do I get started?

Drop us an enquiry and a member of our team will be in touch for an initial screening call. From there we will look to book a consultation with one of our coaches at the Club. This will give you a chance to view the Club and meet one of our coaches before committing.

What packages do you offer?

Our PT packages are designed to fit your training frequency. Based on how many times a week you want to train with your coach, you will select the appropriate package. Most clients find success training 2-3 times a week with their coach and will usually opt for a 8 or 12 session package.

How much would a personal trainer cost?

The cost of a personal trainer at Desert Barbell Strength Gym is based on an hourly rate, otherwise known as a ‘session rate’. Each session is 1 hour and typically a client would train with their assigned coach for 1 hour. The session rate varies depending on how many sessions you purchase. Typically, prices range from AED400 per hour to AED345 per hour. We offer various packages to suit different budgets and goals.

Do I need a membership to have Personal Training?

You do not need a membership to do personal training with us. You only need to have a membership to the gym if you plan on using the gym outside of the assigned PT hour. If you have a membership, you get an automatic 10% discount on your Personal Training Package.

Are personal training sessions worth it?

Yes, personal training sessions are worth the investment. Our certified trainers provide personalized workout plans, professional guidance, motivation, and accountability, helping you achieve your fitness goals more efficiently and safely.

How many PT sessions do I need?

The number of personal training sessions you need depends on your fitness goals, current fitness level, and how quickly you want to see results. On average, clients see significant progress with 2-3 sessions per week.
