Beginner package includes:

Strength training has multiple health benefits, including increased muscle mass and bone density over time, and can also help us to live a higher quality of life. So, whether your goal is to do a push-up, or master the big 3 compound movements or more performance related like weightlifting or powerlifting, then this is for you.
How does it work?
How does it work?
We start with a consultation and an assessment across 7 metrics to set goals and to design your customized training program. These are retested after 12 weeks to accurately measure progress.

What is expected from you?
A commitment to train at least 3 times per week. Depending on your package, under the beginner package, all three sessions will be done with your coach. Under the intermediate package, 2 sessions will be done with your assigned coach and one on your own.

Terms & Conditions
- Personal training sessions are assigned every 4 weeks from the agreed start date. Sessions will be credited at selected start date, and once payment is made, and then automatically assigned every 4 weeks for the term of the 12 weeks.
- Assigned sessions are only valid for the 4 week period they are assigned to and will expire if not used. Unused sessions will not automatically roll over to the following 4 week training block.
- For intermediate packages, 8 personal training sessions will be credited to the client for each 4 week training block.
- For starter packages, 12 sessions will be assigned to the client for each 4 week training block.
- If you are unable to commit to the 12 weeks and require more flexibility, then we suggest opting for traditional PT packages.
- If you pay upfront, all sessions will be assigned upfront and must be utilized within the 12 week period.
- Payment is required before the first assessment commences.
- If you opt for monthly payment, you will be required to make the first payment upfront and setup automated billing for the remaining two payments.
- The program may be paused for a maximum of 2 weeks. Pauses periods must be defined before the start of the 12 week program.
- There is no pause or freeze period for the 3 month membership. The membership will start on first payment date.
- The membership is nontransferable.
- Personal training sessions are nontransferable.
- The 6PM rule - booked and confirmed sessions cannot be cancelled or changed after 6PM the day before. If you for whatever reason feel that you may not make your session, please be sure to reach out directly to your coach before 6PM the day before, otherwise the session will be billed.
