We have condensed years of experience gained from 1000s of documented coaching hours into 12 weeks to help achieve your strength goals.
Intermediate package includes:
- 2 personal training sessions a week, (*total of 24 sessions valued at AED 9240)
- 3 month gym membership valued at AED 1429
- Customized training program valued at AED 1185
- A full assessment at the start and end of the program
*Based on best available PT rate.

Strength training has multiple health benefits, including increased muscle mass and bone density over time, and can also help us to live a higher quality of life. So, whether your goal is to do a push-up, or master the big 3 compound movements or more performance related like weightlifting or powerlifting, then this is for you.
How does it work?

Once you have your group of 3-5 people, get in touch with us to confirm timings and availability. Once done, simply subscribe and your session times are reserved and ready to go!
- 12 sessions are assigned each month
- Each session is 1 hour
- You are welcome to use the facilities before and after your session

Be consistent to see results and show up a few minutes ahead of time to warm up and be ready for the session to make the most from the hour!
